Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a construction technology team building autonomous software agents for complex, real-world operations. You will own product initiatives end to end, from shaping the problem to shipping and iterating on production systems with customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design, build, and ship autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for operational workflows.

- Own product delivery across agent logic, backend services, frontend experiences, and customer iteration.

- Take initiatives from an initial hypothesis through production deployment and ongoing improvement.

- Develop procurement and contract management tools, while identifying and building other high-impact product ideas.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 3 years of engineering experience in a startup or scale-up, with products you have owned and shipped end to end.

- Experience designing autonomous or semi-autonomous systems and taking software from zero to production.

- Strong TypeScript skills, with proficiency in NestJS and React.

- Experience working across backend and frontend systems and collaborating directly with customers to validate and improve products.

- Full spoken and written proficiency in German and English.

- Experience with GCP, Hasura or GraphQL APIs, or Flutter is useful.

- Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is beneficial.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: €80,000 to €120,000 annually. Equity options are available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION

On-site in Munich, Germany. Relocation to Munich is an option for candidates who are not currently based there.
