THE IMPACT YOU MAKE
You are more than an engineer . You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant in one.

- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions

- Take systems from idea to production deployment

- Make architecture decisions and ensure scalability

- Lead teams of engineers

- Translate business challenges into technical solutions

- Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD

- Lend your technical expertise to client conversations to succesful start new opportunities
Time allocation: 70% client project work + 30% research, internal (domain) work and more. Note that ML6 is not an outsourcing firm, our agents work on projects together with a team of colleagues where autonomy is highly valued.
WHAT YOU BRING

- 4+ years of working experience as a software, ML or AI engineer

- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions (to production)

- Experience within the GenAI space (currently hiring for this domain)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience leading projects or small technical teams

- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and Dutch

- Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems

- Currently based in Europe, since relocation outside of Europe is not possible for this role today
