THE IMPACT YOU MAKE
You are more than an engineer. You are a Tech Lead, builder, and consultant all in one.

- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions

- Bring systems from ideation to production

- Make decisions about the architecture and ensure scalability

- Manage teams of engineers

- Translate business challenges into technical solutions

- Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD

- Leverage your technical expertise during client meetings to successfully launch new opportunities.
Time allocation: 70% project work for clients + 30% research, internal (domain) tasks, and more. Please note: ML6 is not an outsourcing company: our people work together with a team of colleagues at the ML6 office on projects where autonomy is highly valued.
WHY YOU?

- 5+ years of work experience as a software, ML, or AI engineer

- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end solutions (in production)

- Experience within the GenAI domain (we are currently recruiting for this domain)

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Experience leading projects or small technical teams

- Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and Dutch

- Familiar with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
