Junior Fullstack Developer (AI-Driven)

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.
This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.
Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js

- Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js

- Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements

- Collaborate with product and design teams

- Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows

- Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions
Requirements

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar

- Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases

- Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer

- Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance)

- Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations

- Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity
Nice to Have

- Open to joining through a Professional Internship is a plus.

- Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude

- Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks

- Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts
